Drivers (Code C / CE) & Driver Assistants

Hardap Freight Services is expanding its driving team in Windhoek and is looking for motivated, responsible, and hardworking individuals to fill multiple positions for Drivers and Driver Assistants. The company is seeking professionals who are committed to safe transportation, reliable service delivery, and maintaining high operational standards within a fast-paced freight and logistics environment. Available Positions: • Drivers with Code C License • Drivers with Code CE License • Driver Assistants Successful candidates will support transportation and logistics operations by ensuring timely deliveries, vehicle safety, and professional customer service while working as part of a dynamic freight services team. Key Responsibilities: • Safely transport goods and cargo according to assigned delivery schedules. • Ensure vehicles are operated responsibly and in compliance with road safety regulations. • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues when necessary. • Load, offload, and secure cargo properly for transportation. • Maintain delivery documentation and transport records accurately. • Assist with route planning and delivery coordination. • Provide support during loading and unloading activities as part of the logistics team. • Maintain professionalism and good communication with customers and colleagues. • Driver Assistants will support drivers with cargo handling, deliveries, and operational duties. Requirements: • Valid Code C or CE driver’s license with PDP. • Valid Driver’s Card. • Good driving record and commitment to road safety. • Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented attitude. • Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery timelines. • Previous driving or logistics experience will be an added advantage. • Good physical condition and ability to assist with cargo handling when required.
