Assistant Chef

Ebeco West Africa Catering School & Restaurant CC is seeking an Assistant Chef to join its hospitality and catering team. The successful candidate will assist with food preparation and kitchen operations while supporting the preparation of West African, Continental and International cuisine. Responsibilities * Assist with daily food preparation. * Support chefs during meal preparation and service. * Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organisation. * Follow food-safety and hygiene procedures. * Assist with ingredient preparation. * Support efficient kitchen operations. * Work effectively as part of the catering team. Requirements * Certificate in Catering or Cookery, or relevant practical experience. * Knowledge of West African cuisine is an advantage. * Namibian citizenship. * Police Clearance Certificate. * Passion for hospitality. * Good teamwork skills. * Training will be provided.
